Do not use them. They do not actually fulfill all needs of a bookkeeper. They did not get my taxes done on time after months of trying to get them to complete them. Now I have penalties and fees on top of late taxes.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY An absolute joke of a service, brilliantly marketed as an efficient, done-for-you tax solution for business owners. They reel you in with the promise that their AI will consolidate your books, followed by a professional bookkeeping team who will review everything, catch mistakes, correct errors, and make sure your books are accurate. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, the reality has been completely different. From my experience, they essentially run your financial information through their AI software and leave you to do the actual bookkeeping yourself. You are the one who has to go through the transactions, identify the mistakes, flag duplicated income, and correct the errors. Where is the professional bookkeeping team that’s supposedly included in the service? To give you an idea of how inaccurate their AI-generated results have been, I made just over $100,000 last year, yet their initial draft duplicated income and reported that I had earned $179,000. Think about that for a second. Had I not carefully reviewed their work myself, I could have ended up paying taxes on nearly $80,000 in income that I never actually earned. I also had to flag basic errors, such as Venmo reimbursements for something as simple as ice cream being incorrectly categorized as business income. These are exactly the kinds of mistakes I expected their professional team to catch before presenting me with supposedly completed books. The customer support has been equally terrible. Responses take around three days, and you seem to deal with a different person every time, none of whom appears to have a proper understanding of your situation. Instead of feeling like you’re working with a professional team that takes responsibility for your finances, you’re left repeatedly explaining the same issues and chasing people for answers. The most frustrating part is that I am paying for a service specifically designed to take this work off my plate, yet I am spending my own time auditing their work, identifying errors, and explaining what needs to be fixed. At that point, what exactly am I paying for? Honestly, based on my experience, I could have done the same initial process myself using Claude or another AI tool, without paying for a service that promises professional oversight but has left me questioning whether that oversight is actually happening. My advice to other business owners: save yourself the money, time, and frustration. If you’re paying for a professional bookkeeping and tax preparation service, you should be able to trust that the work is being properly reviewed before it’s handed back to you. So far, that has absolutely not been my experience with this company. Completely disappointing, poor customer support, and nowhere near the level of service they led me to expect.

Taxes are filed over the chat and not with a real CPA on the line. This is very impersonal. They are also lying in their ads that this is AI-driven. It is not. I have to do everything 3 times, even things I've done before. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Every time I talk to someone, I feel like a number, and when I ask for a better experience, the person I talk to keeps telling me, "I'm just a simple account here." I do not recommend this at all.
