Do not use them. They do not actually fulfill all needs of a bookkeeper. They did not get my taxes done on time after months of trying to get them to complete them. Now I have penalties and fees on top of late taxes.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY An absolute joke of a service, brilliantly marketed as an efficient, done-for-you tax solution for business owners. They reel you in with the promise that their AI will consolidate your books, followed by a professional bookkeeping team who will review everything, catch mistakes, correct errors, and make sure your books are accurate. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, the reality has been completely different. From my experience, they essentially run your financial information through their AI software and leave you to do the actual bookkeeping yourself. You are the one who has to go through the transactions, identify the mistakes, flag duplicated income, and correct the errors. Where is the professional bookkeeping team that’s supposedly included in the service? To give you an idea of how inaccurate their AI-generated results have been, I made just over $100,000 last year, yet their initial draft duplicated income and reported that I had earned $179,000. Think about that for a second. Had I not carefully reviewed their work myself, I could have ended up paying taxes on nearly $80,000 in income that I never actually earned. I also had to flag basic errors, such as Venmo reimbursements for something as simple as ice cream being incorrectly categorized as business income. These are exactly the kinds of mistakes I expected their professional team to catch before presenting me with supposedly completed books. The customer support has been equally terrible. Responses take around three days, and you seem to deal with a different person every time, none of whom appears to have a proper understanding of your situation. Instead of feeling like you’re working with a professional team that takes responsibility for your finances, you’re left repeatedly explaining the same issues and chasing people for answers. The most frustrating part is that I am paying for a service specifically designed to take this work off my plate, yet I am spending my own time auditing their work, identifying errors, and explaining what needs to be fixed. At that point, what exactly am I paying for? Honestly, based on my experience, I could have done the same initial process myself using Claude or another AI tool, without paying for a service that promises professional oversight but has left me questioning whether that oversight is actually happening. My advice to other business owners: save yourself the money, time, and frustration. If you’re paying for a professional bookkeeping and tax preparation service, you should be able to trust that the work is being properly reviewed before it’s handed back to you. So far, that has absolutely not been my experience with this company. Completely disappointing, poor customer support, and nowhere near the level of service they led me to expect.

Taxes are filed over the chat and not with a real CPA on the line. This is very impersonal. They are also lying in their ads that this is AI-driven. It is not. I have to do everything 3 times, even things I've done before. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Every time I talk to someone, I feel like a number, and when I ask for a better experience, the person I talk to keeps telling me, "I'm just a simple account here." I do not recommend this at all.

The experience over the past two years has been frustrating, but on the positive side, I learned to do my own S-corp filings from the level of review and oversight hours I spent with the drafts of their returns. Then for the third year, the annual fee increased by 75%, non-negotiable- their first returns were only filed 3 months ago. So far, no letters from the IRS. Their phone response to the increase was a rapid fire, scripted filibuster. Moving bookkeepers is not easy. Offering a low initial rate and dramatically raising it once switching becomes difficult- Lesson learned. I also needed to review and research much of the advice I received. Guidance varied depending on which EA or CPA was available for 15 minute phone appointments. In one case, I was told that a corrective filing was impossible, only to later confirm independently that it was allowed. That "the IRS goes easy on first year s-corps was not reassuring advice. I completed the filings myself. Advice on retirement plans resulted in lower allowable contributions and an excess contribution that my custodian had to correct, creating extra reporting and potential tax complications. Calls are scheduled in short blocks with rotating tax professionals, some calls were missed or half the time is spent re-explaining the issue. Some return revisions would correct one issue but introduced new errors. I found I was paying them to do the work myself. Two stars for gaining enough experience to do my own filing, if I had to. For my situation, the level of oversight required combined with pricing practices forced me to look elsewhere.
