The glasses are top notch quality, and dare I say, better than a lot of mainstream big brands. I'm also a repeat customer. Not only that but the agents are highly responsive and do their best to keep the lines of communication are open till you receive your product. The first time I ordered, the postal service went on strike, and we had some mishaps due to said strike. The agent was on it and did what they could to get my product to me asap. Second time around, they no longer use the same postal service and I received my glasses before the intended delivery. Love the brand.

The frames that I ordered exceeded my expectations, they look and feel expensive. The customer care team is amazing! I made a mistake with my prescription and the customer service team with able to help with little to no wait time. Going forward this is the only place I want to buy frames from.
