Great Service
I wasn’t sure if I would get a response on replacement parts after a few years but they went out of their way to find my order because I had no idea and I appreciate that kind of loyalty to customers.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We truly believe that supporting our customers doesn’t end at the checkout—it’s a long-term commitment. We’re glad we could track down your order and help, even years later. Loyalty goes both ways, and we’re grateful for customers like you. The Domi Team

I will say the installation was a lot but manageable
I will say the installation was a lot, but the instructions were pretty well put together. The only complaint I would have is I wish the screw sizes were made more obvious. I had one issue with a piece that arrived damaged in shipping and customer service quickly responded and fixed the issue. My wife absolutely loves how it came out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that, despite the installation being a challenge, our instructions were helpful. Your point about making screw sizes more obvious is well noted—we’ll see how we can improve clarity in future packaging. We also appreciate your patience with the damaged piece, and we're happy our support team could resolve it quickly. Most of all, it’s wonderful to know your wife loves the final result—that means a lot to us. If you ever need assistance in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out. The Domi Team
