Overall it’s a good product but there…
Overall it’s a good product but there were MANY scratches in the roof. We Had a lot of dents from delivery (not the company’s fault but you from you know who, FEDEX 🙄) Quality is good! Just maybe the product should be inspected better before sending out for shipment, otherwise it’s a good product.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for acknowledging the product quality. We sincerely apologize for the scratches on the roof and the dents caused during delivery. While we can’t control what happens with FedEx, you're absolutely right — we should have inspected the item more carefully before shipping it out. We’ll address this with our quality check process in the future to improve this situation:)

Love my Gazebo
Love my Gazebo! I only gave it four stars due to the directions being very vague and hard to read and understand. We had to read between the lines so to say. Especially with putting up the curtains the instructions were useless. Otherwise love the finished product!

Plan accordingly with regards to the assembly process
Delivery was seamless. Our 12x10 gazebo came in 5 boxes. We watched numerous videos to get a feel for what we were in for. It took about 12 hours for 2 people to put together. Here are some things that might be helpful to people thinking about investing in this product: Make sure you have power drills (we used 2) and appropriate bits. There are a lot of screws. I can’t imagine doing this by hand. Have ladders available. We had 3 out-making moving around much quicker. The 60+ page direction book is mostly pictures (think ikea directions). Some of the pictures left us scratching our heads. This is why watching videos before are helpful. Now that the assembly is complete we are enjoying our new purchase. It is extremely sturdy. We were searched for a few years before pulling the trigger on this and are confident our research paid off.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear the delivery went smoothly and that you’re now enjoying your gazebo. Your assembly tips – especially about power drills, ladders, and watching videos beforehand – are incredibly useful for future buyers. It’s great to know that despite the instruction book being a bit tricky at times, the end result feels extremely sturdy. We appreciate your patience and research, and we’re glad this gazebo lived up to your expectations!

100 Gallon Box
The item was received in a timely manor and with all parts. I agree with reviews that said the plastic film took more time to remove then the assembling of the whole box. Even with all the film the panels still had scratches. The only other issue I saw was that the box is so light you lift it off the ground opening the cover.

Quality of product is good
Quality of product is good; however, make sure you check the actual measurements. They advertise 8'x8' when, in fact, its it less, so seating area is smaller than advertised.
