I am an experienced Fabricator
I am an experienced Fabricator . It took 3 well qualified persons to assemble , it took 2.5 days .This was a 24 x 14 unit . it was very difficult to put the roof panel clips in .( they kept falling out )nothing a little painters tape did not cure . Overall seems to be a good product . Time will tell . Installed at my home .

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience, and for your expertise on the build. We appreciate your patience and ingenuity—great tip on the painter's tape for the roof panel clips. We're glad the unit came together and hope it serves you well at your home over time. Pls don’t hesitate to reach out if any questions come up.

Overall very satisfied with a couple of exceptions
The kit arrived in good shape with no missing parts and no damage. I had it professionally assembled by a local service for $1400, well worth the money. I am overall happy with the sunroom, but slightly disappointed in the gaps between the sliding doors and walls-about 1/2", enough for bugs to fly in. The kit should include some sort of weather stripping to fill the gaps. Other than that, everything is good. Side note- I was able to purchase an Alien Draft Seal set on Amazon for under $20. This product did a great job of sealing the gaps. I would add it on to any Domi Sunroom Order.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re overall happy with your sunroom. We also appreciate your note about the gaps near the sliding doors—this is valuable insight. While the current kit is designed to allow for proper alignment and operation of the doors, we understand your concern about bugs entering through the 1/2" gap. We recommend adding weather stripping or foam backer rod (available at most hardware stores) as a practical solution. Your experience will be shared with our product team for future improvements. Thank you again for choosing us, and we’re glad the assembly and delivery process went smoothly!

The quality is great
The quality is great. If you do not know how to put together a difficult puzzle and plan on 5-6 days then this is not for you . My husband is in woodworking and used those skills and needed them to put the pieces together. It is very specific so one page at a time . And patience. I am enjoying this beautiful canopy. Oh and two to three people and your own tools . Maybe a few beers

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the beautiful canopy, and it’s great that your husband’s woodworking skills came in handy. You’ve made a very fair point—this build is definitely for experienced, patient DIYers who can follow precise instructions, ideally with extra hands and the right tools (and yes, maybe a few beers 😊). We appreciate you sharing the reality of the assembly process, and we’ll work on making the difficulty level clearer for future customers. Enjoy your stunning canopy!

Ordered 2 covers for my deck
Ordered 2 covers for my deck. The first one didn’t work because of the gable end up against a door but I was able to sell it to a friend. The second one is working well. I would however suggest different packaging since both of them had a dent in one of the columns and a few scratches on the underside of the roof.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingApr 19, 2026
Thank you for your feedback! Regarding the packaging, we’re sorry that both units arrived with dents and scratches. That’s not the quality we want you to receive. We’re reviewing our packaging design to better protect the columns and roof underside in transit. Thanks again for your constructive suggestion:)

Fast delivery!
We received 4 reclining pool chairs and a table. They arrived quickly and were not difficult to assemble. They are lightweight but seem to be sturdy enough for poolside. The chairs stack, if necessary. The table is very light so it will need a plant or heavier object to prevent it from blowing in wind.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingApr 17, 2026
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that your 4 reclining pool chairs and table arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. It’s great that you’ve found them lightweight yet sturdy enough for poolside use. The stackable design is definitely a plus for easy storage. We appreciate your note about the table being light—great suggestion to add a heavier object or a plant to keep it stable in windy conditions:)!
