Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the chairs nicely constructed and easy to assemble. At the same time, we're sorry to hear that the size and height didn't meet your expectations. The dimensions of chairs should be indicated on our webist page already, you may check that first on your next pourchase. That should be helpful for customers to determine before making a purchase:)

Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail, and we’re genuinely glad to hear you were able to successfully assemble the gazebo and are enjoying it so far—especially over your hot tub. That sounds like a great setup. That said, we sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery of the final box and the frustration caused by unlabeled parts. While we rely on third-party carriers for shipping, we understand that the breakdown in communication and timing impacted your weekend plans. We’re actively reviewing how we can better coordinate with delivery partners to prevent this in the future. We also appreciate your feedback on the part labeling. Clear assembly instructions are a priority for us, and we will work with our production team to improve part identification for customers who may be less experienced with assembly projects. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve. If you ever need replacement parts or have questions about winter durability around your hot tub, pls don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help.

We’re really sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged and was frustrating to assemble. While we’re glad it’s still usable, this is not the experience we want for our customers. Please accept our sincere apologies. If you’re open to it, we’d like to offer a partial refund or store credit to make things right:)

Thanks for the feedback. We’ll improve the instructions by adding clearer visual references from other angles to help users correctly orient the parts during assembly.

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience and for choosing our gazebo for your backyard. We're glad to hear that overall you're satisfied and that the assembly went smoothly with a little neighborly help. It’s great that your latex sealant trick worked well to keep the plastic pieces in place during roof installation—great thinking. Regarding your question: yes, we do offer replacement screens and curtains. Please reach out to our customer support team via "[email protected]" with your model and purchase info, and we’ll help you order them when needed. We also appreciate your suggestion about the three hooks instead of two. That’s helpful feedback for our future design improvements. Wishing you many enjoyable, shady days in your gazebo—stay safe with the high winds forecasted, and thanks again for being a thoughtful and resourceful customer.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and great work on the build—especially tackling most of it solo. We're glad to hear you're happy with the finished structure. Regarding the roof panel fitment, we appreciate you pointing that out, and we’ll review our pre-drilled alignment specs with the production team. Your solution using tin snips was clever, and we’re glad you had the expertise to handle it. Feel free to reach out to our support team. Enjoy your new building:)!
