Thank you for your feedback. As previously explained in our email, our product sizes are named after the roof dimensions. For the 8*10 size you purchased, the roof measures 8*10, while the base is smaller at 7*9, as clearly stated on our product page. We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions carefully before placing an order. Regarding your request for the correct size, we have already sent detailed information via email. Pls check that message, and we look forward to your response.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our most sincere apologies for the immense frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. Spending over $4,000 on our Polycarbonate Wall Mounted Sunroom and not being able to complete it due to a missing part is completely unacceptable, and we entirely understand why you are disappointed. We want to be completely transparent with you: your missing component required specialized expedited production. Due to standard factory lead times and scheduling, the manufacturing process has taken longer than we anticipated, and as of today, it has not yet shipped. We deeply regret that this uncertainty has disrupted your plans with your contractor. Please rest assured that we are not letting this rest. We have also actively responded to every one of your messages in our previous correspondence. We are actively tracking the production status daily and have flagged this as our highest priority. As soon as the part leaves our facility, we will immediately send you the tracking information via email. Thank you for your patience, and we are truly sorry for letting you down.

Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the assembly process and the hardware quality. We hear your concerns: The small screws and difficult alignment clearly caused unnecessary strain. The need to find alternative fasteners and worry about rodent-proof gaps should not be part of your experience. This is not the level of quality or design we aim for. Your comments about magnetized screws, better hole alignment, and bottom gaps are being shared with our product team immediately. Our service team has sent you an email regarding these matters, we'd like to arrange replacement parts or a partial refund to make this right, you may check the email so that we can proceed:) We also want to document the specific gaps you encountered to improve future designs. Thank you again for pushing us to be better. We clearly let you down here, and we appreciate you giving us a chance to learn from this.
