Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thorough, thoughtful, and wonderful 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you love your finished gazebo and that you found it well-made, sturdy, and a great value. We also sincerely appreciate your high praise for our customer service team. While we hate to hear about the FedEx transit damage, providing a quick, seamless safety net is exactly what we strive for, and your compliment means the world to us! Furthermore, we are incredibly grateful for your professional and brilliant recommendations. Your notes regarding printing contents on the boxes, clarifying the "finger-tight" steps in the manual, providing the peak height dimension, and optimizing the seam sealant order are all exceptionally constructive. We have already passed these insights directly to our engineering, manual design, and quality control teams for future product updates. Thank you for recommending Domi Outdoor Living, and we hope you safely and thoroughly enjoy your new backyard oasis!
