I haven't been using Domino Fuel for more than a year and I'm already leaning towards being a long term customer. They are very thorough and efficient when communicating and delivering. Can't really ask for more than that. I'm satisfied with what they can bring to the table. Hopefully it remains consistent so I can continue to use and recommend them!

Domino Fuel is a reliable company. We've been ordering their fuel for over 2 years now and finally got around to leaving a review for their efforts. The website says they offer financing. I called, man on phone said no financing is available and everything is paid upfront. Someone needs to fix the website then. Love how they say it didn't qualify meanwhile that's straight BS, the phone called lasted literally 30 seconds, asked "do you offer financing" and the man on other end said they do not. No one asked any details about any situation. Get your lies straight.

We do offer financing on projects that qualify. The lender we work with has certain requirements that need to be met, as any other lender. I'm sorry your project didn't qualify for financing. We've been doing this for over 30 years and we have a very good idea of what projects do and do not qualify for financing. Projects like yours under certain amount automatically do not qualify. Based on your 30 seconds conversation you decided to post a negative review when you have never ever used our company for any work whatsoever.

I've been ordering oil from Domino Fuel for my home and my rental property for the past two years and they always deliver on time, their prices are great and they are very accommodating. A couple of times I forgot to check the oil in my tank and I called them for same day delivery because I was running out, they came and filled my tank within a couple of hours. I recommend Domino to anyone looking for a reliable heating company.

I ordered fuel last week through casheatingfuel.com and Domino Fuel Was SUPPOSED to deliver it the next morning and according to the email, contact in the morning to set up, verify, delivery. FIRST, they didn't call so I did at 8:30 am. After, the owner HAD to verify my order and call me back, I was told the oil would be Delivered between 9am and 3pm. I told him I would leave the money as I was leaving for work at that time. When coming home after 6pm, the oil was NEVER DELIVERED AND THE Money was still there. I called Domino Fuel and he said the driver was there and there was no money there. I was so angry, as I felt he was calling me a liar. I emailed casheatingfuel.com to complain, they said there was a GPS record of it, which ended up being my neighbors address. I sent 4 follow up emails with Pictures of the money, the envelope, the place where it was left and my horrible experience. BOTH PARTIES, TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY FUEL, didn't even make good on the wrong address being in the GPS, and Never delivered any oil. Domino Fuel was rude, hung up on me AND TOLD ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now, the next day, coincidentally????, the prices for oil were 30 cents more. I feel like they JUST DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE, $1.67, they listed on my agreement as it was a mistake on their end. 1 WEEK LATER, I GOT OIL from another oil company I've used many times with NO PROBLEMS!! This was after going back and forth with Domino and Cash Heating oil.com for 5 days and having to put diesel in the tank as I ran out of oil in the meantime. Don't USE EITHER COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This customer failed to mention that she was a NO SHOW when we attempted delivery at her address, and she then demanded the driver returns a second time; when she couldn't get us to go back to her address a second time, she posted this review, full of lies. We believe this person works for a competitor and placed a fake order online just so she could post a negative review here. Here's what really happened: We attempted delivery at your address on May 24, there was no adult present and no payment. Sorry but we CANNOT deliver hundreds of dollars of oil to you without receiving payment first. We did go to the correct address because the number of the house, color and tank location matched your order details so not sure where you're getting the information that we went to your neighbour's house if you weren't even there. Our driver spent time and diesel to get to your house, and if you weren't home for the delivery there's nothing we could do about that. Asking to return to your address a second time when YOU WERE A NO SHOW the first time is unacceptable, and we informed you on the same day that we would not be returning. Any communication with "Cash Heating oil.com for 5 days" is between you and them, nothing to do with us. There was no back and forth of any kind with our company. You waited a whole week to call for another delivery with another company - that was your decision. You could have used a credit card to pay for your oil as stated in the terms for any customer who cannot be present for their delivery. The posted price was correct, and everyone else did get their oil that day, there was no mistake in the pricing.

We are so appreciative of this company, who has been incredible with keeping our home warm this winter. We just moved into house, so are getting acclimated to the (very old) oil burner, which we had trouble with twice this (very cold) winter. They responded quickly, professionally, and effectively.. getting us up and running at reasonable costs both times. Very reliable and honest company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

gave a price on cashoil.com of $1.88 for 200 gallons & charged me $1.98. Not happy would not recommend.Called them & they said price changed from day before, but when I checked it was the same price $1.88.

In addition to the low pricing, you also received a weekend delivery for your convenience on New Year's Eve.
