Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding our service. Domain Listings, LLC is an online business directory — we are not an email hosting provider and have no affiliation with your email service. We are sorry to hear that there was any misunderstanding about the nature of what we offer, as we always strive to communicate our services as clearly as possible. What concerns us most is the service experience you described. The interactions you have outlined — unanswered refund requests, unhelpful service, and a disconnected call — do not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take that seriously. We want to make this right. If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us directly at [email protected] and reference this review. Your refund request will be treated as a priority and resolved promptly. You should never have had to ask five times, and we are sorry that you did.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and balanced review. We appreciate your honesty and are glad you noted the disclosure printed clearly on our mailer — "This is Not a Bill. This is a Solicitation." That language is included prominently precisely to ensure that no one feels obligated to pay for something they have not chosen to purchase. You raise a fair point about the relevance of a national directory listing for a business that serves a local market. While our directory does reach visitors across the United States, we understand that not every business will find that reach relevant to their needs — and we would never want anyone to feel pressured into a service that isn't the right fit for them. There is absolutely no obligation to respond to our mailer, and we respect that decision entirely. If you have any questions about our service or would simply like to be removed from our mailing list, please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected] or 702-998-0222. We are happy to help.
