Response from Domain Listings, LLCJul 29, 2026
Thank you for sharing your concern. We want to address the mail fraud allegation directly and factually. Domain Listings, LLC sends USPS Marketing Mail — a postage class that requires prescreening and content eligibility verification by the United States Postal Service before it can be sent. Our mailer has been reviewed and approved by the USPS and falls squarely within the guidelines for marketing mail. Mail fraud is a serious federal allegation and it is not one that applies here. A solicitation that is prescreened, approved, and delivered through an official USPS marketing mail program is by definition not mail fraud. Our mailer contains all required disclaimers, including a clear and prominent statement that it is not a bill, that we are not a domain registrar, and that there is absolutely no obligation to pay. These are not fine print additions — they are standard, required disclosures that are present on every piece of mail we send. We understand that unsolicited mail can be frustrating and we respect that this service is not for everyone. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of it immediately.
