Excellent customer support. I had an issue with getting an authorisation code to get my domain migrated. George Budica in customer support was extremely helpful and fast at responding to my queries and requests, as soon as I provided him with the relevant information within a couple of hours and several emails back and forth for various problems he resolved everything in a very professional manor. Thanks for your help.

Support takes +1 week to reply to an email even over urgent issues. Phone number doesn't work and instead just hangs up after leaving you on hold for ages. Doesn't offer any way of tracking tickets or anything even though they appear to use an actual ticketing system. Admin console unresponsive and unhelpful and service regularly hangs/connection drops out. Unable to change main account contact details once set up without contacting them which, as previously mentioned, takes an age to get anything done.

Non-existent customer support. They charge our company a local VAT tax by default, while they should not.. Absolutely outrageous. Stay away from this gang.
