This company and its product are a scam. It took more than a week, if not two, before they finally "presented" the offer, but they spammed the domain owner so much that he tripled the price because the emails were annoying him. They promise a free credit if there's no deal, but nope. It's only if they can't present your offer. So, essentially, you pay $20 to send an email to an address anyone can get from a WHOIS, regardless of the outcome. Stay far away from this company.

Hello, We're sorry you were unable to come to an agreement with the owner. It took quite a bit of research to get a response from them, and it was not via the whois, which is why it took longer than average.

I used beacon ai for a website. (Never made a website)Domain name expired in beacon and beacon transfered me to Domain Agents. Domain agents had $20 negotiation fee paid it with unexpected offer. With a low budget and time consuming occurrence now I'm stuck with a risk of reputation, a long-term wait that can last over 70 days!, and no reply to offer. I'll remember this tragedy, this awful... mistake.

I forgot to renew my domain name with Wix originally. A month later I saw that it was already used by another agency (Domain Agents). The website was under my full name: ledadaroczi.com It is not a domain name that I can see someone else wanting to use or benefit from as it has no meaning to others. Once visiting the website I could see it's now a faux page for LED lighting services. Once I try to navigate on the site, there is no real information on it and it's not related to any specific company. There is a clear option to be able to buy the website for a starting price of $200. In conclusion, the reason for my original domain's unavailability is simply for me to buy the name back from them, which there's no chance I will be doing.

Hello Leda, we don't own your domain. We act as a buyer broker to help people buy domains from other people. You can try contacting the owner of the domain through the domain whois. Best of luck, DA

It has been weeks since an agreement on price was settled and paid and I have had nothing but trouble receiving the purchased domain to my registrar.

Simply ridiculous. Don't be fooled by the preset price to make an offer. The response you receive from the domain you are interested in will always be disproportionate to your offer. Proposing realistic amounts of around €300-500 dollars but also reaching up to 2000, the counter offer is 50,000 dollars. A parked domain that has never worked makes no sense in being purchased for more than $2000. These gentlemen take your $19 and send an email. They have no bargaining power, they have no ability to make the other party reason and above all they don't have the desire to do so. Spend your money by doing a Whois request on the domain owners and do it yourself.

Hello, on our site you are negotiating directly with the owner of the domain. We track down owners and bring them into the negotiation with you. Some owners do have unrealistic expectations, but domains do regularly sell for thousands and even millions of dollars. As of writing, your negotiation is still open and you have not made any counter offer to the owner's opening counter offer. You may find the owner more willing to negotiate than you think. We always suggest continuing to engage to see if you can ultimately reach an agreement. Best of luck.

Scam... ridiculous pricing, taking your money while delivering nothing. I'd recommend anyone to go with some other company that charges you only if there's a successful transaction. I have no possibility to even verify if the actual domain seller has communicated with me or if it's all a hoax.

Hello, before we processed your offer we reached out to let you know that the domain would be very expensive and offered to refund your credit, but you asked us to proceed. We're sorry that the domain is out of your budget.
