My mom has been wanting this particular purchase for the longest so I decided to order for a gift. Per the website it states there’s a 1-3 business day processing timeframe... I ordered item over 7 business days ago and even paid express shipping of $25 yet no reply to my email from customer service. However, on this 7th business day I sent a message via IG and received a standard reply but no information directly related to my order was provided so I’m not sure what’s really happening with my purchase or when I should receive it. If it ships within the next two day and there’s no issues upon arrival I’ll be glad to revise my review.

If i could give it less than one star i would. I ordered my braclet in November 2019and as of today Feburary 1 i still have not receive it. I contacted customer service via email multiple times, which is the only way. When i did het a response, they said they would resend. AGAIN,it is February 1,2020 and i still HAVE NOT receive what i paid for. DO NOT PATRON THIS COMPANY!

Buyer beware!!!! Company is not in U.S. and only way to contact them is via email which they will not respond to. The items are not as described. I have proof of unanswered communication via email and PayPal. Dishonest Company - do not buy their products!!!

The product is beautiful. However, the shipping took entirely too long and I did not receive a strap for the bag so I am locked into carrying it solely by the handles and not over the shoulder like I prefer.

Outside of bag in nice but the lining is like plastic and makes a crinkling noise. Their return policy says you have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it but you must contact customer service for return instructions. I have sent 3 messages to them in the past 6 days and no response. I'm about to contest my charge with my credit card company if they don't get back to me before the 14 day period.

Just received my bag in mailbox today. I have to say that it really took long time to receive it but it's worthy!

I tried to contact customer service, and have not yet recieved my bag. I have not recied reply from my email form last wk. So, one star. I'd give zero if I could.
