I love your products and decided to buy a purse for my wife's birthday. However, I am very frustrated that I have no way to follow up on my order or communicate/ contact you company. Who runs a business but provides no way to customers to contact them. I have read other reviews and am concerned that some customers waited months to receive their purchases.
