We absolutely love working with Ships-a-Lot. Their communication is amazing, they are always extremely organized and willing to help with an issue that may arise. We struggled to find a good warehouse, but since working with Ships-a-lot, it been a game-changer. We can't speak highly enough of them.

Incredible partners to work with. We have an ecommerce business that scales greatly during the holiday season and whether it's high volume or low volume Zach and his team maintain extremely on point communication and service. If we need something handled Zach keeps himself available and is fast to respond, he makes sure any request is handled for us as quickly as possible. Since we have been working with the team at Ships-a-Lot our fulfillment process has been very streamlined and it is rare for issues to pop up even when we have hundreds of orders in the pipeline. Extremely happy to have found Ships-a-Lot. We're looking forward to continuing our work with Zach and his team!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ships-a-Lot, they are extremely responsive to any queries we have and all our shipping processes run very smoothly. Thanks team!

Ships-a-lot has been instrumental for the immediate turnaround and overall improvement of our fulfillment operations in the US. We are very happy they agreed to take us on, despite having a product that needs ambient storage and extra care. We have lost a lot of money because of inaccurate and erroneous charges from our former shipping provider, which, I shall not mention here. For almost 1 year, we have searched high and low to find a fulfillment partner that would go above and beyond what they offer, and for that we are truly grateful to have found Ships-a-lot. Since we are in the food industry, it is of great importance for us that our fulfillment partner has both the technological capacity and agility to handle our deliveries and the nuances that come with it. We are incredibly happy with their hands-on service, the efficient turnaround of daily deliveries, and the straightforward pricing, without any hidden fees whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

After receiving an updates from Fedex and Ships-a-Lot, I finally received my package today. Thank you.

Ships-a-Lot has incredible customer service and quick turnaround times.

This team runs a wonderful business. We in were dire need of a third party fulfillment center after having tried a few with little success. Max and team are smart and technology forward which allows us to save money while creating a better experience for our clients, which is a huge win for us in the e-commerce space. Their service is best in class along with their overall business acumen. They’re a vital part of our team!

First I started out of my house. Shipping flat rate Vos usps from the DC area. Then I graduated to Shipbob and was lured in by the idea of multiple distribution centers and super fast and inexpensive shipments. So they may have cheap regular mail but it was SLOW. Being closer didn't help. Then I had to upgrade to 2 day shipping and the price went through the roof. Like $25 instead of $4. It was nuts. Don't be fooled for their bait and switch. They pitch ultra fast but show you the ultra slow rates. Anyhow I moved to Shipsalot. Now I can consolidate inventory (also good for taxes since you only pay taxes to buyers in the same state of the warehouse). And the FedEx is super cheap because they are next door to the hub. So it really became a no brainer. And they have plug in options for overnight.
