Ships-a-Lot is an essential component of any ecommerce business that ships thousands of orders a day. They made sure to do everything in their power to make sure things were right and done to our specifications. Ships-a-Lot staff worked around the clock and answered all my questions quickly to make me, a customer, the number one priority. I applaud the service and innovative techniques Ships-a-Lot has used to change the ecommerce world. I highly recommend Ships-a-Lot and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had recently undertaken an evaluation of my website (Onbeachroad.com.au) with the team at Ships-a-Lot in order to address a number of issues presented with our digital presence and how to engage the community and deliver a fantastic product. The website was not responsive reaching its full potential and needed to seek ideas from SEO, to membership management and the ability to enhance the brand. The collaborative approach undertaken made the meeting an enjoyable one, with questions, concerns and feedback answered and addressed very quickly. It's obvious that the team are not only extremely good at what they do, but they are also very passionate about the result they give to their clients. You can tell there is a real sense of ownership with the product that they deliver. They are so focused on giving you the absolute best information they can to make your product succeed. I could not recommend the team at Ships-a-Lot any more if I tried. If you require any information to enhance your online business and to help with fulfillment orders, look no further. The guys behind ships-a-lot are awesome! Fast service and 5 star customer service!

One of the most honest Companies I have had the pleasure to work with. They will ensure your products get out to the customer in time and literally save you both money and time. This is one of the more dependable shipping company I have come across thus far.

An efficient organization and knowledgeable. They are helping me move my business into cyberspace.

I recently crowdfunded the launch of my product, Torch- The World’s First Universal Coat Heater (torchcoatheater.com). I hired Ships A lot to fulfill the orders from my Indiegogo campaign and to stock and fulfill all incoming orders. As a new, small business owner I find myself doing a lot of things I previously had no experience doing like marketing, web design, product development, customer service, fulfillment etc. It is essential to outsource some of these aspects to the pro’s. The guys at Ships A lot have made the fulfillment process so easy for me, from fulfilling all the orders to linking my website up to their system and automating everything. However, I think the best thing is that they make themselves available to answer my questions and help with anything I need. This type of service is a huge load off my shoulders and I wouldn’t expect this service from a big fulfillment center like Amazon, so if you want great service, go with Ships A lot. They also have great shipping rates and with their warehouse in Ohio, they can hit most of the US population in 2 days ground shipping. Win-Win. Thank you, guys, and I look forward to the profitable years ahead.
