A scam website, do not use
I prefer to give them 0 if I can. They won't give you cashback until the merchant replies them. The replying can take at least a year or so. Don‘t use this company, switch to Rakuten or Top cashback, at least they will give you money if you can show the screenshot of the transaction

Hi Jiaxin, I'm sorry you feel that we are a scam, but we have paid out over $1.5 million in cashback to our users. Unfortunately, as with all technology, some things don't work perfectly. We can't simply rely on a screenshot showing you placed your order to award you cashback, because we do not know if we were actually credited with the sale (only the merchant can tell us that). If the merchants take time to respond, we do follow up with them, but we can not blindly award any user that claims they used our site (and didn't click any links after ours, return items, use a coupon plugin, etc). We'd be filing bankruptcy within a week. The short version is - we need the merchant to validate that your purchase was made and attributed to our site, so we can get paid the commission to pay your cashback. We have offered screenshots showing the status of your inquiry as well. We do everything in our power to make sure our users are happy and get their cashback, but we can not control whether or not the merchant feels the same way.
