Hi Winglet, Thank you for the positive remarks regards my site up until late 2024. I would have hoped that all your positive experiences with me would result in you scoring my site higher, but I digress. Unfortunately, yes, I wasn't doing fairly well in the past few months. I won't get into details, but if you are older or your parents are, I'm sure you can understand how things can get 'messy' between doctors, insurance,referrals, xray\ct\ultrasound, and waiting , etc. As stated, this is entirely my fault for not planning ahead. Before, I did everything myself (other than coding, graphic design, or hosting) I could to teach I'm sorry your first review had to be a negative one about my site, but I take full responsibility for the delay in payment. I hope that this 'hiccup' doesn't prevent you from editing your experience with us since you started to get cashback from us with no issues. Having a review with the lowest score possible because of one bad experience is painful.

Hi Steve, I'm sorry that you had issues with our cash back site. I did not look up your account, but many merchants have restrictions on cashback. For example, store XYZ may have great cash back for all their products, but, if you don't read the terms, you won't know that socks and swords aren't eligible for cash back. That's a very simple example. Stores can set terms as ridiculous as a mens' aqua blue shirt in size M and have graffiti art are not eligible for cash back. We don't make the rules, we have to follow them, which is why I have the terms and conditions for each store listed above the get cashback button. I am very transparent and will tell anyone the truth, and would never scam anyone. In addition, a lot of stores don't allow 'stacking' with coupons that aren't listed on our site. Hi, we began archiving older accounts that hadn't logged in quite a while earlier this year (this is our first time doing so in 10+ years). You may have signed up 10 years ago, or created an account via Facebook. In any case, the wrong email was sent out. We apologize for that, and sent out a correction email ASAP. Without knowing the details of your account, I can't tell when or how you signed up, but rest assured we do not buy or sell customer data.

HI Kyle, As noted in my other responses, I am terribly sorry for the delay. I have been quite sick and am just starting to recover. Unfortunately, I did not have a backup plan in place which is horrible (considering I am the owner and do all consumer facing tasks). I'm working on catching up and putting together a plan to insure something like this never happens again. Thank you for your patience. I hope you'll find it in your heart to forgive me and update this review.

Hi, As mentioned in our emails to you, your IP address may have been associated with prior fraud activity (particularly if your ISP changed your IP, or you were on a public network), or if you have scripts/cookies blocked on your browser (which is also required for cashback to track properly), hence the reason you weren't able to login. At the bottom of the page, you can enter your email address so we can look into it and resolve the situation... which we did in less than half an hour. We also had notified you over a month ago the GameStop has a lot of restrictions - essentially only making cashback available on pre-owned items. Our Welcome email mentions that if you do not receive cashback in ten days, to please submit an inquiry, which you did not. We are unable to help customers who do not ask for help, as we have no way of knowing that you need assistance. We try our best to be responsive to support inquiries, but we aren't good enough to be able to read minds over the Internet. Sorry. Regarding your comment about TrustPilot preventing you from using totally 'normal' words, I'd have to side with them based on the language you used in your support messages to us, which included threats to 'destroy' us - a small business that consists of one person and part time dev/marketing. I'm sorry you feel the need to express your rage in such a condescending manner. Technology isn't perfect. Neither is Dollar Dig. We try, but we can't offer instantaneous support or force users to read merchant conditions, or even ask them to be patient for an hour or so. I am guessing this is one of the many steps you will take to 'destroy' a small business. As we have a limited budget, we appreciate any additional exposure you can provide us with. Thank you.
