The products are great however the website and response time needs improvement. The system states that my email address is not associated with any account but then sent me an email my order shipped. I could not access my account to cancel or change my subscription before it shipped. Sent and email and didnt receive a reply as of yet.

Really dried out my curls, caused more frizz than ever before. Then when I tried styling, my curls were just frizz. Do not recommend.

I do not like the products when my hair dries. My hair started to fall out and become very dry. I do not recommend this product. Their should be better quality products that help with natural hair to give shine and moisture and not dry damaged hair.

Im satisfied with the products but I’m giving you 1 star when it comes to your customer service. I’m trying to cancel the monthly membership for the Deluxe Kit, I’ve reached out to you via mail and Instagram but no response. Do you even have a Customer Service???

Items did not arrive in time expected and it was missing growth oil that I ordered. I am returning the entire package.

Shipping was ok but the products were worthless and did nothing from my curls!! I personally believe this ain’t for all hair types especially when it’s really kinky🙄🙄🙄🙄
