Bad communication with customer.. I didn't receive my order yet from 16 days which the date time of receiving

I never recrive my order. It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered. Ican’t recommand. Totally bad experience!

I place this order to you bc I was impressed with your product.. I place my order with great expection..couldn't wait to receive my order.. when my order arrived.. I received REPARING HAIR MASK instead of the oll.. I was so disappointed.. I place a complaint on the page where the lady did her preview.. her statement was ..I guess you are not going to bee a regular customer since my order was wrong.. I thought I had something I could use for years.. it really hurt.

I gave one star because I been trying to get in contact with the company and I haven’t heard back and I’m very frustrated and annoyed.

Not sure why they call it The Dollar Club because the only thing available for $1 is a 2oz size of oil & if you dont subscribe to monthly subscriptions they charge you $1 extra for each product, so all shampoo, conditioner etc is $9 but if you don't subscribe it's $10. They don't even offer free shipping with the subscriptions or purchases over $75 nor a small gift. So each time you order you gotta pay $8 for shipping, you're not really saving any money & it's equivalent to purchasing products that cost $14-$19 like Carol's Daughter, Camille Rose etc. After reading the ingredients when my Dollar Curl products arrived I said to myself, I could've purchased this crap out of any beauty supply store. The ingredients in Dollar Clubs products are bad chemicals which I try to avoid because it dries my hair out. Dollar club also puts perfume/parfume in their products which is a big NO NO. After using the products my hair was dry & my curls wasn't popping like they said it would be. I didn't want to waste money & throw the products out so I added PURE RAW VIRGIN OILS to all my products like Wild Grow oil, I also added Greek yogurt to the hair mask to compensate for the bad ingredients/chemical. I also added a few drops of Jamaican Lavender Castor oil soap to my cowash. When I reused Dollar Curl products after adding my own razzle dazzle my hair felt & looked amazing. I wasted over $70

I got the hair defining cream and it didn’t do anything but make it less defined . I guess it’s not for my hair texture understandable but the packaging was nice

Though I’d seen good reviews of this product, I was sadly surprised by what I received. I had hoped the small bottles would make up with quality, but these products do not adequately moisturize my hair. I will not be renewing, and with a not-so-great return policy, I’m unfortunately stuck with these until they run out.
