Dollar Curl ClubReviews of dollarcurlclub.com

Rapidité au niveau du service client, très professionnel et ravie de mon colis, les produits sont conformes à la description. Le seul inconvénient est le fait d'avoir reçu ma commande tardivement étant des îles. Je valide absolument, merci et bonne continuation.

I love this prouduct. It is better than what ive used in the past

The product did a great job with adding life to my hair. I appreciate the curls tones and fluffyness. I did not like that my hair by weeks end was more white than black. When I wet or washed, it was almost soapy for longer than I liked. My hair doesn't feel any healthier once the product is out either. This means I would have to feed my hair like a drug addict to keep the curls and it does not improve hair quality. I will purchase another set to see if there are any changes. Updates later.

Never received my product. messaged customer support to ask for a refund they said i have to talk to fedex because it was a shipping issue.fedex said dollar curl club has to fill out a complaint and I've yet to hear anything back.-Update i have recieved and used my product. It was amazing not even going to lie to you. My hair usually doesn't hold a twist out but with this it did so 5/5 for that. Only reason i rated four was because it took me having to post negative reviews to get attention BUT when i did get that attention they were amazing with helping me. Shipped me a new order free of charge express shipping.

I love these products; unfortunately my hair is not as soft as I expected. The smell is pleasant, and not too strong. I have only used these products once, and sometimes it takes 2-3 times before my thick coarse hair can benefit from use. I will continue to use and update you regularly on my hair journey.

Update, the customer service finally reached back, and resent my order with no extra charge. I haven't tried the products yet, but they redeemed themselves by resending the products. I gave it one star at first because the customer service didn't respond after two emails. Apparently, when I sent my address I didn't include NE, they sent it back. They had my package for about two weeks and didn't reach out by email or call.

I love how moisturizing your curl twist cream is but I would like to know how to prevent the flaking .

My package arrived quicker than I thought for the orders that I made with them. Also, I appreciate how careful they were in delivering my package and safeguarding it by not leaving it without my consent.
