The product used to be good to my hair and make it softer than other products, but now I find it hard I have changed my water filter so it's not my water. I just hope there was no change in the ingredients. But will keep using to see if my hair becomes soft again. Usually I love my packaging, I enjoy opening them, but I think this time they ran out of boxes and my products were squashed into a small box and it had spilled by the time it got to me.

love love love the products! smell good and makes my daughter and myself hair so nice but I placed an order with the valentines day special and didn't receive my promotion order only what I paid for. still patiently waiting to hear back from the company If I will be receiving my promo products.

So far it’s been so good since I’ve started using the growth oil and revitalize oil on my daughter hair mostly around her edges . I’ve seen progress on my hair as well .

The bottle was opened and was small in comparison to other brands mentioned, especially in the cost comparisons

The name of the company is misleading. I bought 8 items and spent waaaaay more than $40 and that is provided the items were $5 each. I bought full size items and not the sample sizes which is what you would get for $1. Some items do not even have $1 size. Also, I am not thrilled with the smell of a couple of them.

I’ve been waiting for soo long

First, product I ordered was unavailable so I gave a substitute. No idea when product would be available. After shipping it was days before products were received and one jar leaked. I feel since I paid $8 shipping I should have received sooner and not have it sit in the heat somewhere and have it explode.
