We’re truly sorry that some of your cookies arrived damaged and that the chocolate items melted in transit — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We take great care in packaging our products, using dedicated materials, insulation, and ice packs during warmer months. However, once the package leaves our facility, shipping conditions are unfortunately beyond our control.
