Like others have mentioned, I wish I came here first. I too have had the worst experience with their Canadian site. Customer Service keeps using the excuse that Canada Post is on strike, but on their website they said they were using alternate couriers. The CPC strike has been over and still no update on shipping. Also, their Customer Service takes FOREVER to respond. Beware when shopping from this store - you may never receive your ordered item and good luck getting a refund when Customer Service doesn’t respond. Very disappointing experience. Worst Customer Service - they just follow a script and give you the runaround.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Ordered a pair of shoes and went two weeks without hearing anything about the order. After emailing them I heard back that they were backed up due to the holiday season and that my shoes would be shipping soon. After another week of waiting they emailed to tell me that my order was canceled because they are out of stock. Went to check my credit card and they refunded me less than what I paid. Now I have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. How do they sell shoes that they don’t have and then let you know three weeks later that they don’t have them??? Let alone not refund the entirety of your payment. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

I wish I read these comments prior to ordering. I ordered on 11/30/24 and haven’t received my order even after multiple emails and calls. It was a constant run around. Giving me the wrong tracking number from fedex then correcting it and then fedex not even receiving the order just some label created and then having to check with the warehouse that I was told the previous three times and still nothing was done. I finally called back fed up completely and told them about the reviews and I’m not the only one I refuse to get off until I spoke with supervisor and saw my refund. I didn’t even want the shoes anymore, rather support a retailer with good customer service and actually fulfil an order. Whatever you do DO NOT shop their site!!

I ordered really cute shoes but when they got here they were two different calf sizes. I tried to call customer service multiples times and the representative answered then hung up. i emailed them and the emails were beyond passive aggressive. i then tried the live agent chat and that was not helping and took 5 hours for them to respond to even that. I decided instead of getting what i paid for i’ll just return the shows. they charge for the return! absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased two pairs of shoes! When I placed the order, there wasn't anything stating when I'd receive my shoes. That should have been a red flag. I bought my shoes on 11/29/24 and received one pair via FedEx on 12/5/24 but it was the wrong size! I contacted FedEx to see if they forgot to deliver a box to me and they said shipper only had one box for me. I ordered an 8.5 and the box said 8.5 but the shoes were 7.5. I called DV on 12/11/24 and spoke to 'customer service'. She told me the other shoe I ordered was out of stock. I asked her: why wasn't I notified and why didn't I receive a refund? While we were talking, I received an email stating the other shoe I ordered was out of stock! She did send me a label to return the incorrect size and said I will be charged a restocking fee!!! Ridiculous!! I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake!!! I sent them an email but haven't received a response. Never again will I buy from DV! Buyers beware!!!

Well after reading most reviews I’m starting to believe I got scammed I place an order on 11/20/24 and never received anything this crazy i just want wut I paid for or my lil money back!
