Horrible Customer Service!!!

Bad company! I ordered a shoe that was supposed to be an 8, but felt like a 7. It hurt my feet and I can’t wear them. And they refused to give me my money back. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a pair of boots and emailed them multiple times to start an exchange, they never responded to an email and by the time I got them to pick up their customer service line the 30 days window had passed and they refused an exchange. Wouldn’t buy again.

I wish I could give less than one star. I placed an order with an expected ship date of Feb 3. My wedding is on March 1 and I was relying on these shoes. I contacted customer service multiple times and received the generic response I see in the other reviews. The last response I received was “ I have further checked and unfortunately I am unable to further provide you with an estimated shipping or delivery date at this time.” How is this acceptable? The shoes were supposed to ship over two weeks ago and I have no information. They had no issue charging me though!!!!

Returned the boots that did not fit…tracking shows they received them back but STILL waiting for my refund. Received at Dolce Vita February 3rd, 2025…. Today is the 15th, 2025 still no refund?? horrible company

Terrible quality shoes. I only had mine for 6 months and they are already falling apart. $100 shoes that don’t last a full year. Do NOT buy unless it’s substantially low, and know it will not last!
