BEWARE!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered sandals over a month ago. No message prior to that stating that it was going to take a certain amount of time for me to receive them. A month later, not even shipment information has been sent to me. I reach out to customer service, one of the individuals tell me that they can give me a refund. Another customer service person then reaches out and tells me that is not possible and that my order has already been processed. So basically they process my order when I reached out to tell them that they had missed my order completely. I still have no idea if I am going to even get my order, and I spent over $100 with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered a pair of sandals as a Mother’s Day gift on April 7. The order was charged and marked as shipped on April 8, with tracking showing delivery to Connecticut on April 11. This was confusing, as I reside in Puerto Rico. I contacted customer service, hoping it was a tracking error. I was told that international orders are first shipped to their fulfillment center in Connecticut, and that once the package was sent to me, I would receive a second email with a new tracking number. As of June, I have not received the package. I have exchanged emails with customer service for several weeks. Their only explanation has been “unexpected logistical challenges.” I was informed that a refund could only be processed if the fulfillment center returned the item to them. I agreed to this, but received no further updates. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I have neither received the product nor a refund. This appears to be part of a recurring and concerning business practice, so I reported their business site to the FTC.

I ordered a pair of sneaker. I received them on time, however, the quality wasn't good. So, I returned them by mail, followed their return instruction. After 3 months, I never got any return money or notification. So, I sent an email to find out that they don't have a record. They requested to provide a receipt or a proof that I sent them. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt, but I had a record on my computer that I downloaded their shipping info. I then went to Canada Post website to find out about the history of the parcel. It said it was shipped and signed by one of their employees. I sent an email with these proof. Then they said they will find out from their warehouse. After few weeks, no answers, I sent another email to request of the status of my return... After 16 emails back and forth in total, I finally got the return, however, they charged me $6.95 and $8.95 plus tax for restocking fee and shipping fee. What a bogus charge!! Stay away from them. It's not worth your time and money to deal with them. The worst customer service I ever dealt with!! Zero star if I had a choice.

I wanted to love this company so much but I ordered shoes over two weeks ago and they haven't shipped yet, I made sure they were the ones in stock! I need them for a wedding and unfortunately purchasing them a month in advance isn't early enough, very sad!

I was really disappointed with my experience on the Dolce Vita Canada website. The price shown on the product thumbnail was not the actual price once I clicked through to the product page. It’s misleading and frustrating — especially when you're shopping and making decisions based on what you see upfront. Accurate pricing should be a basic expectation for any online store. I hope they fix this issue soon because it really undermines trust in the shopping experience. And I shared timestamped screenshots with their customer service…and received…the higher price is the price…I believe this is in violation of the retail council of Canada.

Horrible customer service. Would not let me exchange a size of a new unworn shoe and now I am left with a shoe that I will never wear. First said, I could exchange then changed their mind. Went back and forth via email and there was no trying to work with the customer. I don’t understand why I can’t exchange even after 30 days as it’s unworn, and I am not returning, just exchanging a size.

Shipping is incredibly slow, no updates. DO NOT anything if you have an event etc. Once they informed that my order was delayed, I tried to cancel it. Nope! I have to pay the return they refused to cancel. I was even charged a return fee prior to receiving the shoes
