Ordered Gibson Ballet Flats on 11-27-25. The gentleman in customer service was really patient and kind, but unfortunately each time of the 20+ times I called, It's been almost 3 weeks. I was told my shoes are in stock and they'd be shipping out today. Today, I was told there are 5 left in the size I ordered and I am number 7. These were a Christmas gift and I'm really thinking they aren't making Christmas. I really hope these shoes aren't awful and she is happy with them. Reading the reviews, I am now even more scared. I'd cancel but reading the reviews, not sure that would work either. Edit: December 20th. The shoes shipped. They are supposed to be here in 4 days.

Placed an order online on Nov 28th, and as of today Dec 11th, my order still hasn't shipped yet. Reached out customer service to request a cancel and they stated due to their policy they cannot cancel my order and must wait til it is fulfilled.

Shoes did not fit. Quality is not up to par for the price. Their return process is abhorrent. They require you to drive to a FedEx location with a QR code instead of giving you a FedEx mailing label to send back from any FedEx affiliate. I had to pay $4.95 for return shipping and drive 1.5hrs round trip to the nearest FedEx location. Even when I emailed them to find a solution I was offered zero help. I will never be ordering from this company again. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. My daughter received a defective shoe and they are unwearable. Unfortunately she is a teenager and told me after the return window. I asked for a replacement and sent photos showing where the shoe is defective and how the shoes look unworn. The company wouldn’t send a replacement. They have lost my business and I have been a great customer until now. I won’t spend money when I don’t feel respected.

I was interested in placing an order with this company, but, there prices are way out of whack for shoes that are not real leather or suede. They do not have an actual size dimensions of the shoe they are selling. I looked at the reviews and immediately decided not to shop on line or even visit their store. They do not seem to care or do anything about customer complaints, the list goes on and on. Delays in shipping/not returning emails/ delaying refunds and in some cases no refunds were issued. BAD BUSINESS

These people lie constantly and promise items they do not have in stock. I have experienced it now in 3 occasions. Sine if us can not buy stylish affordable shoes everywhere for I am a size 13, so I tend to come back repeatedly for more and more mistreatment. But, this is the last time. The BBB needs to look in to this place and their fraudulent tactics. You charge me for something you don’t have and can’t deliver, and then lie about it.

Tried it, not going back

Wished I had came on here before to see the way this company treats customers. Sent me a damaged shoe which I sent back the very next day May 26, 2025 . To this date they have not credit back my card. Never ever have I seen anything like this. The day I received the shoe I informed them of the damage, they offered 20% discount to keep the old shoe which I declined and advised I’ll be sending back the shoe. I received a return label and shipped back immediately. 2 weeks ago I reached out to them concerning the refund which they advised they would escalate as they can confirm the warehouse received the returned shoe yet still no refund. I hope someone from dolce vita sees this and solve this right away. My order number is #70237
