Customer service is terrible. I ordered two pairs of heels. Was given one order number so assumed they were shipping together but only one pair was delivered. When I went to their website for tracking it didn’t recognize my email or phone number so I used the chat option to talk to customer service, but they also couldn’t find my order by name, email, phone. I wish I’d known I could order these from Amazon and skip all of this frustration.

As other people have mentioned, I wish I could give this company zero stars for their atrocious customer service. I never received my order and was told they were opening an investigation with the delivery company that would take up to 3 weeks to resolve. Three weeks passes and no resolution. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The “customer satisfaction team” does absolutely nothing to satisfy customers. They are dismissive, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. I have honestly never experienced anything close to the awfulness of this customer service experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would and I have honestly never had such a poor experience with a brand in my life. I landed up contacting my bank after my product didn’t arrive, and not only did they initially refuse to refund me saying it was ‘final sale’ when it wasn’t, when they finally agreed to refund me, they said they would take a £15 return fee (for an item that never arrived that I therefore could not send back). Absolutely appalling! When contacting them via a chat, several people reply at once with generic names and they all give completely different answers so you get absolutely no where. I wasted hours trying to sort it, and when they eventually agreed to refund me within 1-3 days, I waited a month for a refund which was only issued once I threatened to take it further. Avoid this company like the plague.

I bought a pair of boots from them and have literally worn them twice and the stitching started to come apart. I took them to the cobbler and he said that nothing could be done as the material is synthetic and very thin and poor quality. It's a shame because they have nice styles of shoes but the quality is definitely subpar. I also contacted customer service and they were of no help at all. I will never buy from them again as they don't stand by their products

I am extremely disappointed with Dolce Vita’s customer service. I returned a pair of shoes over a month ago using their return process. The return was received by the company, and when I contacted customer service two weeks ago, I was told that my refund was still being processed. Since then, I have received no updates and no refund. For a company that advertises easy and fast returns, this experience has been anything but easy or fast. A month is more than enough time to process a return that has already been received. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up to obtain a refund they are owed. At this point, I am left wondering whether I am expected to simply give up and forget about the money. I hope Dolce Vita will finally resolve this matter and issue my refund without further delay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dolce Vita sent me the wrong colour shoes. When I tried to call their customer service on a Friday, they were closed, but I was not aware as there was no message on their phone lines or website to say they were closed. The recorded message did say they were open from Monday to Sunday though! Twice I spoke to their "customer service", and the experience was terrible. After seeing the other reviews here, I completely agree with all the negative reviews. This is an indication of what's to come for this company. "Customer service reps" at Dolce Vita, start looking for a new job!
