If I could give zero stars I would. I was so excited to purchase from this store and researched the reviews on the fitting of their product. Two of three of the items did not fit and tried to return inwhich I was informed it's not eligible for exchange and now I'm stuck with a almost $70 product that I cannot use and was advised to try and sell it...really! Outrageous! They just lost a loyal customer who really admire their product and will share my experience to not purchase these products. Ridiculous

After waiting three weeks for my order to ship, I contacted the company only to be told that they were having problems with their distribution center, but that my order would be shipping out within a day or two and delivered to me by the end of the week. When that did not happen, I again contacted the company only to be told that I should now cancel my order and that basically the previous customer representative was misinformed and basically told me a bunch of nonsense. The casualness behind their go to solution of me now canceling my order is just out of touch with good customer service. Although DV collected payment, my order sat from the moment it was received with them fully knowing that the item went out of stock. They failed to communicate any information as to my order’s status and certainly did not communicate that it would be difficult to fulfill. There was no offer of an apology for the inconvenience. And the barrage of subsequent emails trying to have me purchase additional items should have been halted if they were struggling to ship a simple order. This company needs to get their act together. There are knock off versions of their sneakers floating around, but I was willing to pay more to purchase directly from the company to hopefully get a better product and better customer service, my mistake I guess! Be cautious if you purchase from this company! If your order is not fulfilled pretty quickly then be quick to cancel and get a refund because in all likelihood it is never coming and they are content to sit on your money while you just wait weeks on end.

Awful fulfillment and shipping. This has happened twice now. The first order I placed was July 7th and was never shipped and I didn't get my money back till August 12th. It took several emails back and forth to get my money back. Against my better judgement I decided to give them another try. I wear a size 13 shoe and there are not alot of options for cute shoes that large. The second order I placed was on October 11th and it is still now currently sitting unfulfilled with very little help from costumer service. My fellow large footed girls don't bother with this company! Go to Rothy's, Steve Maden, or Long Tall Sally. I have learned my lesson and will not be placing a third order!

I ordered a pair of boots on October 11,2024. They gave me an order number and that was all. On October 22,2024 I called and they said they were having issues in their warehouse but my order would ship out within 24 hours. On October 23,2024 my order hadn't shipped so I requested it be cancelled. The gentleman said they couldn't do that but they could put in a request. I emailed a cancellation request. I requested a refund via their chat and called three times throughout the day asking for a cancellation. My order was finally cancelled. I was refunded minus $11.15 for shipping and restocking. I called them on today (October 24,2024) I told them I wasn't accepting a partial refund as they never shipped so THERE ARE NO SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED. I politely told the gentleman I was recording the call and they would refund my $11.15 or I would promptly report fraud to my credit card and sue them. He assured me my refund would be processed immediately. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEY TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY WITHOUT EVEN FULFILLING YOUR ODRDER

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on ,, October 8 and they have yet to ship. I have reached out to customer service twice and got a response right away but still they have not shipped. Even more aggravating are the constant emails I get advertising more shoes.

Their fulfillment and shipping practices are trash. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes before a trip and they took forever to leave the warehouse and get picked up by FedEx. It took 5 days for FedEx to even pick up the package in California to be shipped to Florida. I think their standard shipping says delivery in 3-7 business days -__- One of the shoes got to me before the other and it was the completely wrong shoe. I called customer service and they were going to send me the correct shoe with 2 day shipping. It's been 2 days and a label hasn't even been created...The other shoe is still in transit somewhere. Needless to say these shoes will not be here before my trip. So order as long as you don't care how long it takes to get to you...

Placed an order on 9/21/24, website noted most orders ship within 2 business days. After 5 business days, I still had not received a shipping confirmation and contacted customer service. I did receive a prompt response from customer service noting it may be a few more days and to be patient. Next day, I received a notice a label had been created. After a few more days, the shipment had still not been picked up by FedEx. I reached out to customer service, again receiving a prompt response telling me FedEx doesn't scan all of their packages and to just be patient. After waiting another day or so, the package still had not been scanned by FedEx. I reached out to customer service again asking to cancel my order as I had zero faith it would be shipped. They told me they couldn't cancel the order at that point. I replied saying I would file a dispute on my credit card as it had been over 2 full business weeks since the order was placed. Filed the dispute - magically, the order was picked up the next day by FedEx....made it halfway to my shipping location before Dolce Vita had it sent back to them so they could have cancelled the order had it actually shipped. Will never order from them again, worst online ordering experience I've ever had.

Placed an order on 9/23/2024. I haven't received any information since then. Reach out to customer service on 10/6/24 and got a response that day telling me that the issue would be escalated. As of today 10/8/24 I have not received any information from the company regarding my order. In total I have sent 4 email with no response and attempted to chat on the website with no response. Hands down the worst customer service experience ever. I will be calling in attempts to escalate the issue.
