I have made two attempts to purchase from Dolce Vita, both times I did not receive the shoes. I am still waiting for the warehouse to refund my second shoe. It has been almost two months. Every time I call, they inform me the warehouse is relocating and they have to wait for the warehouse to release the funds for me to recieve a refund. The customer service is HORRIBLE. To bad, I was looking forward to wearing what looked like quality shoes. Hopefully, everyone elses experience is better.

I ordered a pair of kitten heels 2 months prior to my wedding (thinking it was ample time). I placed the order on 10/23. I reached out 2 weeks later since I did not receive a shipping update. The reply stated that it *might* be shipped out by eod. After waiting another 2 weeks, I reached out again and they said it was tagged as "unfulfillable"... I tried to be patience with them, but with my wedding fast approaching, I am scrambling to find adequate shoes So disappointed in the brand and how it was handled

I wish I saw these reviews first. You can simply buy their shoes if you want them from Nordstrom with good customer service. My shoe was manufactured in a defective manner. The buckle is reversed so it can’t buckle. They said too late for return! I’ve never heard of such a thing.

Ordered on October 12th for my wedding in late November and never received a shipping confirmation or my order. Emailed customer service on October 28th and again on November 8th with no response. I was charged $500+ with no order delivered and no response. I finally got ahold of them on the phone and they told me 3 of my items had shipped this morning, but they have no shipping information to share with me. Have loved this brand for so many years and am really disappointed now.

This place has awful customer service and gives me really bad vibes. It’s on me because I did not do my due diligence before placing an order so I hope this helps someone else! Listen to these reviews! But I placed an order and didn’t get any shipping information or anything for over a week, so I reached out to cancel the order as I got bad vibes and it hadn’t shipped yet. Normally this is no problem. They forwarded my request to the proper team (?? Why are inquiries not sent to the customer support team?) which they said would take 3 business days? In that time, I got a shipping confirmation despite me asking to cancel it. So now if the order actually ever arrives, I’ll have to pay the return service… I’m guessing that’ll be an awful experience as well.

I don't like writing negative review but I owe this loyalty to all future customers. I didn't check the reviews until after I placed my order but I convinced myself that I would be among the 2% of satisfied customers. NOT!! I had to cancel my order, started to get the same runaround but thank God that my payment was via a third party so my money was refunded. They got to clean up their process, something isn't right.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As well for context, I'm a Canadian customer. I ordered a pair of boots on October 2nd and received the incorrect pair of boots. It took 3 weeks to receive a return label after multiple follow ups as they claimed their return label system was down. They also said they would ship me a replacement pair but when they "did" - the tracking number never updated and when I followed up on this issue, they "realized" this specific pair sold out and they marked my order as unfulfillable, resulting in nothing in my hands after weeks of back and forth. These boots were in stock when I ordered them. The most inconvenient part of this experience is I had to go through hoops to return a pair of boots that I was sent by them "by mistake". Just like everyone else, I would avoid shopping here again. They need to fix their fulfillment issues, return process, and display accurate stock availability on their site. No pair of shoes is cute enough to cover these issues.

Like all the other comments, I too have had a horrible experience with Dolce Vita. Do NOT order from them - I am starting to think they are a bunch of scam artists. Why take so many orders you cannot fulfill? Then they give you some automated response about how they are having logistical issues at their warehouses so orders take longer. Not my problem and you should be forthright about that from the beginning! Then instead of offering any sort of solution, they just tell you that they can't provide any additional information. They even had the nerve to tell me that it is too late to cancel my order because it's been processed... YEAH RIGHT! I ordered over 10 days ago and there has been no movement whatsoever. BEWARE
