FOLLOW-UP…..ordered 3 weeks ago… Still no shoes and still no refund. Filed dispute with PayPal who refunded me within 24 hours. Ironically I received an email from DV stating that once again, “no longer in stock” and “no refund due since payment method was not charged”. WRONG! They charged my PayPal account. BUYERS BEWARE and CHECK your payment method for charges.

This company makes it WAY TOO DIFFICULT and time-consuming to opt out of them selling My information, sending me excessive marketing, etc. Most companies have a little toggle or the option to “reject all” and this company makes you read through pages of data only to find out that you need to send them an email with your exact information. I won’t buy their shoes through their site because of that.

I placed an ordered almost 3 weeks ago. I still have not received shipment. I’ve reached out requesting status update. They responded with “at the time of order it was low in stock and now completely out of stock”. I requested a refund. 2 days later I get another email stating they have to contact the warehouse because they may be in the process of shipping the order. HUH??….they just said it’s out of stock! I again requested immediate cancellation and a full refund. I’ll also file a complaint with PayPal

I placed an ordered almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a shipment noticed. I have called twice and they are giving me the run around. When I asked for a refund they said they have to contact the warehouse because they may be in the process of sending the order. It's days later and I still haven't received a notification of shipment.

I ordered a handbag on the website. I received a pair of boots. Customer service let me know that to receive my refund I would need to return the boots first to a fed ex. They sent me the incorrect item and now have my $ until I go to a physical fed ex location to return the incorrect item. Of course I understand the need to return the item but they were unwilling to budge on the refund. Nor arrange a Fed ex pickup. Customer service rep was dismissive and unwilling to help me. I pointed it as a mistake on their part they should try to assist me. She said there was nothing she could do.

Total rip off. Never again! Intentionally barely disclosed these defective, painful shoes were not returnable. Most online shoe companies are top notch customer care and service. Stay clear of these sneaking ways to unload problem Products. Done with is company, even in retail stores. Taking advantage of people for your greed! I’m a senior and shame on you!!
