Boxes fall apart as soon as the come out of the case. Adhesive used along the long seem rarely holds.

We had purchased several years ago and really liked the bags. So when we got our new dog and needed bags we made the purchase. These bags are not a heavy as they were before several were torn when they came out of the box. The quality is just not as good. Not satisfied with them at all. I called about returning them and was told I could send them back but at my expense. I spent $97.77 for these. It would cost me at the least $68.00 to return the for the refund. These were supposed to be heavy duty and help with the odor. I don't think I should have to bear the total return price for a product that is not as described. They just are not the same as before. I will need to double bag to get the quality it should be. I will not be reordering and will not recommend them.

Order was processed and delivered on time. However my invoice was not emailed to me. It was emailed to another employee in my building. Although we share the same delivery address I had created my on login and use my card info and email. So not sure why my purchase info was sent to them.
