I had originally tried to order for delivery to Australia but it wasn’t listed an option. I sent an email and was informed that due to issues with UPS they had suspended shipping to Aus which is fair enough. A few weeks later I received an email from Holly to inform me that they had resumed shipping to Aus - I promptly ordered and my tag has arrived today precisely as per my customisation. Great customer service and product.
