Thank you for your feedback. You should never give up on an order. We use the US Postal Service to deliver all our packages which for the most part is extremely reliable and trust worthy.. Occasionally the USPS can make a mistake. There can be problems with addresses, local carriers, or sorting facilities. We will ALWAYS get you your order whenever there is a shipping issues. Please understand that once we hand your package over to the USPS the delivery is out of our hands. If you have not received your order or replacement order within 5 business days then please contact us and let us know so we can take care of you.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately we have no way of knowing that your order did not arrive until you contact us and let us know it has not been delivered. As stated on our website all orders from Dog Tag Art that are shipped to the US should arrive in 5 - 7 business days. If you have not received your order by the 7th business day then there is most likely an issue with the USPS. We reshipped your order but you still have to wait for the USPS to deliver the replacement and sometimes that can take another 5 - 7 business days depending on the volume of mail the USPS is experiencing. We sincerely apologize that your original order was lost in the USPS mail system. We hope you have your new tag now. If you still have not received your replacement please let us know as their might be an issue with your delivery information. We are very sorry you had to wait so long for your tag. This is not normal for our company but shipping errors do happen from time to time and occasionally we are at the mercy of the USPS when it comes to delivery times.

Thank you for your feedback! You should have received your order no more than 5 business days after you placed it. If you did not receive your order then you need to contact us immediately so we can re-send your original order. We have a whole customer service team that is ready to help if you have an issue. If you do not let us know you did not receive your order then there is nothing we can do to help you. The USPS does occasionally "misplace" a package so your first step is to let us know about the issue and let us fix it for you. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for your review! Please remember that every tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. The normal Dog Tag Art tag will last 3 to 4 years easily, as you can see by the overwhelming majority of 5 star reviews. If your tag did not hold up very long then you most likely got a defective tag where the coating was applied a little too thin. We would be happy to replace it free of charge. Feel free to contact via our toll free number or the "Contact Us" page on our website and we will get you out a brand new tag that will last much longer.
