Disappointed
I had previously purchased tags with my dogs name and my phone number from the CGC site and the tags were actually engraved. So I was disappointed that this tag came and the lettering is just painted on, not engraved in. I have very active dogs and this won't last long. Also disappointed in the rubber gasket I purchased to put on it to reduce the jingling of all the tags. It doesn't stay on at all.

Thank you for your feedback! We would like to point out that the lettering is not painted on the tag. It is infused into the tag's coating with a modern and highly scientific liquid to gas infusion process. This makes it much more legible and durable than engraving. Engraving can easily wear down or fade over time or be so small it is unreadable in an emergency. Our tags are also guaranteed for life so if the tag does ever become worn you can simply get a brand new replacement for free for the lifetime of your pet. Give it some time and see how it holds up. You may be surprised!
