We want to make sure you get the perfect tag and that all your pet's very important information is accurate. Simply give us a call and let us know about the typo or use the form on the "Contact Us" page. We will ship you out a brand new tag with corrections. We print exactly what is typed in by the customer and we sell hundreds of tags a day so checking each one for customer typos can be a very difficult task. We do try to spot errors and reach out to customers to make sure the information is correct but occasionally we can miss something. Thank you for your feedback! We are very sorry to hear about this. The typical Dog Tag Art tag should last for years before it becomes illegible or needs to be replaced as can be seen on the many reviews where customers have had no issues for 4 or 5 years. We are at a loss for why your tags are wearing so quickly each time. The rubber protectors are shipped for free with each tag because not only do they cut down on noise they also protect the edges of the tag from wear and can greatly increase the lifetime of the tag. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try and figure out what the problem might be. There could be things in your pet's environment that can cause accelerated wear, especially for a very active pet. We sincerely apologize for your issues and will always do the best we can to make sure you are satisfied.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, we really cannot control whether your pet chews on a tag that you have purchased from us. A puppy can pretty much destroy anything known to man with its teeth. :) We typically suggest to customers with this issue that you hang the tag, if possible, in a way that your per cannot bite it repeatedly. However, we do also offer a lifetime guarantee and we will even replace your tag with a brand new one the first time it is chewed. We hope your friend liked her cat tags!

The normal Dog Tag Art tag will last 3 to 4 years easily so if yours did not hold up then you most likely got a defective tag which we would be happy to replace free of charge. Feel free to contact us and we will get you out a brand new tag that will last much longer.

Thank you for your feedback! Surveys are sent on a timed basis to arrive around the same time as your order. Because of varying delivery times for the USPS, a customer might occasionally get a survey before their order arrives. Most customers receive the survey afterwards but if the Post Office is running a little late in your area then you might get the survey a day or so before your order arrives. You are not obligated to give us a review until your product arrives and there is no time limit for the survey. Simply wait a day or two, see if you like the product, and then give us a review.
