This company is a scam. I ordered a tag on July 8th and it never arrived. I called a week ago, and the assured me a replacement was going to be sent. I was to get the replacement in 2 business days, and receive an email when it shipped (promised for the next day). A week later, I’ve yet to receive the email or the tag. I plan on reporting this company to my bank as fraudulent. I would warn any other customers from ordering from this scam of a company.

Receive my dog's new tag in the mail today within 5 minutes of her wearing it I cannot read the numbers she either rubbed it on something or chewed it I only ordered it because they were cute and it said they were guaranteed for life and that it would be guaranteed to always be legible which it is not now so the time was a waste of my time and a waste of my money I never order from this company again I hate feeling that I was lied to I knew it was too good to be true.

I didn’t receive anything to attach the names onto. How hard is it ?! Cost well under a dollar to ship. Overcharged on that. Appear super cheap. I won’t be back

I purchased a cute enameled tag and my puppy had it half chipped off after a few hours. I am very disappointed!!

We apologize for the issue you had with your tag. This is not normal at all. The only time a tag should wear that quickly is if your puppy has chewed the tag. We certainly understand puppy teeth can destroy almost anything know to man and rest assured they do tend to grow out of this behavior rather quickly. Unfortunately no pet ID tag on the market will hold up to repeated chewing. I orderd the stock and it was shipped on 31/12/2018.You said there might have been a problem and wil ship me a new order but still nothing.With the exchange rate its not cheap to buy something and it does'nt get deliverd. Will defenetly not use or refer you guys again. The problem is not you making the tag and shipping it,it is that after you see it foes not work to ship to South Africa you still want to continue with the same method and hope it will become better.Why not use a courier or at least give the option. Doing the same thing 3 times in a row should make you realize that it's not working.I would like to support you but it seems like we can't find a solution.

We made your custom tag and shipped it out to you in South Africa. When you reported that you had not received your order after 4 weeks we happily made you another tag, verified your international shipping address and shipped it out once again to you completely free of charge. The reality is that once we put the address that you provided to us on the package and ship it out we have absolutely no control over the postal system here in the US or the postal system in South Africa. Your complaint is with the postal system for non-delivery of your package. We did everything on our end that we could to try and get the tag to you. We would be happy to make you another tag and ship it out for a 3rd time, free of charge, however there is only so much we can do once the package is handed over to the post office.

Ordering was fast and easy. It came in a timely fashion. Super cute. My puppy destroyed it within 2 hours. How it happened I'm not sure but he had teeth holes threw it. So I basically wasted my money.

A dog can chew up anything if you let them. There are very few pet products on the market that a dog can not chew up given some time. Even engraved tags, which are typically aluminum and very soft, can be worn down and have information fade or wear if subjected to repeated biting by your pet. It doesn't take long at all. We always recommend that you hang the tag so your pet cannot get it in their mouth. If your pet is young, typically they will grow out of this behavior.
