Thank you for your feedback! Please remember that every tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. If you ever have an issue we will replace the tag with a brand new one. The typical Dog Tag Art tag should last for years before it becomes illegible or needs to be replaced as can be seen on the many reviews where customers have had no issues for 4 or 5 years. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try and figure out what the problem might be. There could be things in your pet's environment that can cause accelerated wear, especially for a very active pet. We sincerely apologize for your issues and will always do the best we can to make sure you are satisfied.

Thank you for your review! Please remember that every tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. The normal Dog Tag Art tag will last 3 to 4 years easily so if yours did not hold up then you most likely got a defective tag which we would be happy to replace free of charge. The coating will tend to wear more around the hole of the tag because it is in constant contact and friction with a metal ring. Feel free to contact us and we will get you out a brand new tag that will last much longer.

Thank you for your feedback! Please remember that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with how your tag came out then simply give us a call or an contact us through our "Contact Page" and we will remake your tags and try to fix any issues you had. We have a customer service staff who is always available to make you happy. You just have to let us know there is an issue. Please use the tag for a few months and see how durable it really is. We do not use "decals". The image and text for the tag is directly infused into the tag's coating via a highly specialized chemical process. The images are printed exactly as you choose them on the website. If you upload your own image or choose an image that another customer has uploaded on their own then it is printed exactly as you see it. If the image that was submitted is of low quality (dull, pixelated, etc.) then unfortunately it will look that way on the tag. We have no way to make bad images better. If the uploaded or customer submitted image is off-center then it will print that way on the tag. We are very sorry that you were not happy and we will do everything we can to insure you are satisfied.

Thank you for your review! We really cannot control whether your pet chews up a tag you have purchased from us. A puppy can pretty much destroy anything known to man with its teeth. No ID tag is immune to being chewed. We suggest that you hang the tag, if possible, in a way that your per cannot bite it. However we do also offer a lifetime guarantee and we will even replace your tag with a brand new one the first time it is chewed. We are certainly happy though that you have never had a bad experience!
