There was no tracking number ever given so I had to reach out to somebody after 2 weeks to find out where my package was. A replacement tag came but without the tag silencer I had ordered (which my dog desperately needs) so her collar is currently off awaiting the silencer now to come in another shipment. Tag quality was okay but the whole process wasn't worth the money. Used to order a lot but will probably not order again.

I was really disappointed in the new tag material. My 6 month old puppy already ripped the coating off of the tag and now it isn’t readable. I love the design that I had made for my puppy, i loved the thickness of the tag, and I love the customer care service. I am just super bummed that the tag cant withstand my rambunctious pointer pup.

We apologize for the issue you had with your puppy damaging your ID tag. Please know that EVERY tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will get you a brand new tag out in the mail immediately. Unfortunately, puppy teeth can destroy pretty much any pet product if they repeatedly chew on it so we do suggest that you hang the tag in a manner that keeps it away from the puppy's mouth as much as is possible. Puppies do tend to grow out of this behavior after a few months.

I tried again to order new tags from Dog Tag Art,after being shunned complaining about their "will replace if worn off" claim. So this time, ordered two different tags for two different dogs,and when I got them, (in same package,no less) one of the numbers to reach me was wrong on one tag,and ok on the other! With something so important,don't you think there'd be more quality control?

We are very confused about your issue. You ordered 2 tags on 12-03 and incorrectly typed in your phone number on the "My Mom Thinks I'm Human" tag. You contacted us and we shipped you out a corrected tag, free of charge, on 12-17. It is very difficult for us to quality control a 1 digit error in a customer's phone number. Please contact us if you did not receive your corrected tag in the mail.

Was told order was shipped never received it. Took 3-4 phone calls to customer service in a 2-3 days Jordan finally sent me an email. After about 4-5 weeks they sent me another tag product is great 100% satisfied with product just not happy with customer service getting help took way to long. Thought maybe I was scammed.

I love the tag, but for 20.00 bot so much. Within a week the blue paint peeled completely away from one side. I dont think the tag will last a year.

I am happy with the product. I attempted to speak with "anyone" from this company. Left several messages for customer service and tech support..... never received a call back. The product arrived and no return call... I wanted to ask a question about the color of the tag then after not being able to talk to anyone I placed the order... then the order completion screen gave me a reply that I did not have an order in their system. I called again this time I wanted to speak with tech support. Until now no reply from anyone..As I mention I got the tag and is fine, however I probably will not buy from them again.
