We are sorry you did not receive what you thought you were going to. Our website makes it very clear what you are ordering with multiple preview images of your custom product at several points throughout the ordering process. These previews are accurate to how your tag will look and include a white background. We also explain on the site and in the FAQ section what the tags are made of and how they are printed. If you are unhappy with your tags for any reason we will happily refund you for your purchase or re-make your tags so that you are satisfied. All you have to do is give us a call or send us an email. Our customer service department is excellent and always happy to help you.

We are sorry for the damage that was caused to your tag from teething. A puppy teething on an ID tag is always going to result in the tag being marred whether you buy it at a pet store or not. Puppy teeth can destroy anything if you let them chew on it long enough. We would be happy to replace your tag free of charge but we always recommend that if you have a puppy who is teething that you hang the tag in a manner that they cannot get it in their mouth, if possible, until they are a little older and less likely to chew things up.
