The tag arrived quickly. It is so cute and well made. I bought the yoda with light saber. Definitely recommend!

I am happy with the finished product, however, I didn’t appreciate the fact there was no way to track the order. I reached out via email, but never heard back. Someone did call me and said that they did respond to my email - I just never received it.

I originally got my cat a "DTA" tag from "Lupine" . I like the fact the tags are easy to read and the designs are scratch resistant. However they are drastically heavier than aluminum so I can only have her collar on for so long.

I have used Dog Tag Art for many, many years, and have always been impressed with their high-quality work. I changed my opinion when I received my last tags in the mail. True, they are still high quality in the toughness of the material, but I was appalled at the lack of ability to read "Do Not Separate From Handler" on my dog's service dog tag. I know this because I had the same tag on my last service dog 10 years ago and it looks better than the one I just received. I'm not sure why this company chose to alter the perfect lettering they had previously. But hopefully they will review this issue and rectify this issue. I did have photos showing the old tag and the new to help the shopper, but this review does not have the capability to post photos. I have contacted the company and they will not respond. Hope this helps everyone! UPDATE: The company did contact me after this review and I received excellent customer service, they replaced the tags and explained to me that there was a change the machines used and font styles. The lady I spoke to on the phone was professional, friendly and represented the company fabulously. I did receive the replacement tags, were they as good as the originals? Not even close-they were a bit better but not that much. I did replace them and called it good. I would order from them again, absolutely!

We Absolutely LOVE the designs and how much information can fit on the tags. The only issue is that the personal info on the back of the tags wears out rather easily. Thankfully they offer lifetime replacement (and their customer service is fabulous!!!!), but I'd like to see the printing lasting longer as it would really save the company on materials and shipping and also potentially if a pup is lost and the info is worn off then the tag is useless and hopefully the finders take the dog to check for microchip.

I like the designs of tags on the website. I don't like that I had to get a replacement tag because my pup chewed up the tag as soon as I put it on his collar. I liked how fast the replacement came in. I love that you can request a replacement and they send it out right away. I only wish I could put our address on it the tag along with the vleash info too. They should really make the leash chew resistant. Will recommend to others.

My order took two and a half weeks to be delivered. The price on these tags has increased since I last made a purchase. Orders used to come with a complimentary protective ring that encircles the tag. That is no longer included. If you want one of those, it is a separate purchase. These tags are cute but not cute enough to warrant my continuing patronage. Additionally, these tags (like many others) only lay flat if two split rings are used. That causes the tag to hang low enough that my dog can get it in her mouth and chew on it. There is another company making tags that only require one split ring to lay flat. I’ll be giving them my business going forward. Less cuteness but more functionality.
