Dog Tag ArtReviews of dogtagart.com

Overall I was very impressed with how quickly I received my tags. They were a little smaller than expected, but I'm pleased none the less.

very cute, showed up quickly, wish it was a tad larger, but otherwise it's great. 😊

Great looking tags with cool graphics & easy to read pet name & contact information. One less star because my pet chewed the tag a bit & now you can’t read my phone number. Possibly engraved would not have had this issue.

We love the tags from Dog Tag Art. Customer service is 5 stars and we appreciate them though our tag chipped soon. Didn't give 5 stars because our labs tag has a small chip in the tag paint after a couple weeks and trust me...she isn't running through burning buildings saving people...she is active but a couch diva. Regardless we will keep buying from them.

Very nice tags. You definitely want the silencers, this is a solid piece of metal. Would be loud without it.

My son worked hard to pass his Canine good citizen test with his service dog in training. Both he and the dog are both proud of the new tag. My son thinks the glow in the dark ring is an added bonus 😊

The transaction itself was great and the tags are beautiful but I didn't put the silencer on right away and the edges of the tag were chipped/peeling within a day or two. I put on the silencer just to protect the tag, I shouldn't have to do that. I'm glad the silencers were provided to me with the tags. Would I order from Dog Tag Art again? Maybe but just because the tag designs are awesome but I'd never NOT have the silencer in place to protect the tag.

The whole process of custom ordering a dog tag was simple and straightforward. However, despite paying for shipping of $4, it still took a month to get to an FPO address from the 48 states. For $4 for a flat envelope I would've thought I could get faster shipping from NC to the Pacific.
