I ordered this harness from an ad I saw on Instagram and FaceBook because it featured the front D ring and my harness didn't have one of those. My dog has started to pull on her lead now and this is something I need as a correction tool. However, Dogshood did a bait and switch and sent one exactly like what I have without the front D ring. When I wrote to their customer service team, I was asked to provide the picture of the product I purchased or the ad from which I bought it. I did both. What I got in response was a $10 voucher to use toward purchasing the product I want. I had purchased the product I wanted, that's what I'd paid $35.99 for, and offering me $10 to purchase another isn't a good solution. I'll never order anything from Dogshood again. It did have a custom tag that attaches with velcro to the harness, but I could order one of those from Etsy, Amazon or eBay, so that wasn't why I bought this.

The clip came loose twice and the dog got free. I have tried to get my money back and am still getting a runaround. Their policy is supposed to be money back guarantee with no questions asked The experience has been frustrating to say the least I have now read other reviews with a similar experience that you don’t see in the Facebook ads. I wish I had seen the negative reviews first. Update my credit card company was able to get my money back Next thing I see was a fraudulent charge on my credit card for a pet place I never heard of. I doubt it was a coincidence since others have had similar experiences You have to search negative reviews to find them.

Still have not received product!

The harness is a terrible fit. It rides way to far down on his shoulders. I am not happy with it at all

The Product was never delivered. Spoiled with next day delivery but your delivery service it's several weeks never delivered. I want my money retured.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I was looking for a good harness for my dogs, and I found Dogshood on a website that was listing different brands. I browsed the site for a while, looked at their photos and reviews, then placed an order on August 23rd. I received a confirmation email with a receipt and tracking code. On August 25th I got an email that said my order had been shipped and it was on its way. On September 9th I was wondering where my package was, so I checked my order status and all it said was “Exception” on August 27th. Confused, I messaged customer support on their website. First they said my email didn’t match the order number I provided, and then they asked for my phone number. They said my order was fulfilled but it was taking longer than expected. They said to reach back out in 5 days and they’d look into it and they gave me a 20% off code for my next order. On September 11th I got an email that said “Thanks for reaching out. Upon review, the courier was unable to successfully drop off your package, and your order will be sent back to our warehouse. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Since you’re within our 90-day window, we’ve got you covered. We’d love to offer you a one-time voucher for $120 to use on a future order: T9TXC4PQ0CS3 Just head back to the product page, pick your item, and apply the code at checkout to get a replacement sent out. Thanks for your understanding.” I started looking into reviews online of Dogshood and saw others were having similar experiences as me, and I concluded the site was a scam. I reached out to get a refund and they said “we aren’t able to cancel or refund orders once they’ve been placed.” Even though they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I explained the code they gave me would be useless because they couldn’t even deliver to my address, to which they responded with “I’m passing this over to one of our specialists so you get the most accurate answer — they’ll be with you shortly.” And they never messaged me back after that.

To bulky and heavy for smaller dogs.I have a corgi and she would cry and stop walking the harness rubs on her front legs.

Shipping was delayed and no updates, instructions on how to correctly fit the harness were poorly written. When I finally got it on my dog there was no difference in how he walked on this one versus others. The last straw was on the second walk he got out of the harness, very easily, when he saw another dog which led to a confrontation with the two. It went into the trash as soon as I got home.
