the harness is very hard to fit. The front loop allows the dog to dig in and pull not turn around.

One star for customer service. Can't use the product until they respond. I'm being ghosted. If there is anything missing or needs their assistance, good luck with that. I'm still waiting, and waiting and waiting for a response. I can't give a review on the product yet, because I can't use it properly yet.

I can not get anyone to contact me by email and there is no calling to talk. It seems the 90 day return policy doesn’t mean much.

Harness does not fit and I'm getting the round around for a refund. I've been asked the same question 3 times in a row and they still have not provided their mailed address. They offered to refund 1/2? Why would I accept that when the product doesn't fit and it's very stiff and I can tell by my dogs face, uncomfortable. Would like this resolved...Thanks, Amy Poole

I Purchased a Medium Harness for my pup Rocky. I ordered it to have his name on it and also my phone number. When I received it his name was only on one side not both sides and my Phone number was not even on the Name tag. Very Disappointed that they reply immediately after you email them saying were very sorry. But then NOTHING NO REPLYS TO ANYMORE OF MY EMAILS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE 2ND ONE THAT I ORDERED THAT THEY GOT WRONG

Buyer beware. Great product but if you need to contact them for a change or a return, you never hear back. They just send you an automated message saying that they will pass on your request, never to hear from them again. Such a shame!!

Horrible customer service. Please do not purchase. It states plain as day on their website free return and 90 day guarantee. When I asked a return and refund because my dogs pulling literally increased with this product, they said returns are at your own cost and we can offer a 50% refund! Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I don't understand why my experience has been so bad when so many others have had great experiences, provided they're genuine reviews, I suppose. We still haven't received our harness, and after repeated attempts to contact customer service, I haven't heard back. Tracking the shipment still shows that, a month later, the shipment is still out for delivery. I am very unhappy and do not recommend Dogshood.com.
