It’s a great harness. She behaved the first time I tried it. We’ve had these terrible 100 degree days so I haven’t been able to use it much but she seems to like it.

Ordering was easy. Delivery took a while but understandable with a customized product. Love this harness, it’s substantial and sturdy. Our girl Kaia doesn’t pull any more. One hand operable large buckle makes it easy to remove.

Harness is great... Had problem with name and phone labels. Prompt response to email detailing wrong number. Was promised that the labels would be corrected.

I was skeptical this harness would manage my "excited to explore" lab's pulling. I figured I'd be returning it. I tried a harness before and it slid around her body, doing nothing. I use a Gentle Leader to manage her, but she pulls so hard when she sees something her breathing sounds rough and her nose gets a dent. She knows how I walk, but has very little impulse control. I strapped the new halter(lol) on her and clipped her leash to the front ring (sold separately). It's magic. She still tries to pull, but she respects the tug back on my end. My hand isn't red when we get home. Also, customer service is very good. I emailed before I ordered to voice my skepticism and ask about size. They replied the same day and suggested what size to order. Jennifer followed up a day or so later with more information. I am very pleased and will be keeping the harness.

I love the new harness, my little Noshi loves it and our daily walks have improved considerably
