Lost access to my account without any explanation
I invested a significant amount of my own Dogecoin and purchased more than 5,000 blocks on DogeKong. Everything worked normally for months until my account was suddenly and permanently suspended.
Since then, I have completely lost access to the blocks I purchased with my own funds. What is even more disappointing is that I have received no explanation and no response from customer support despite trying to contact them.
I expected transparency, professional communication, and at least an explanation regarding my account and my purchased assets.
Until this issue is resolved fairly, I cannot recommend this platform based on my personal experience.

My biggest disappointment is not only that my account was permanently suspended without any prior warning or explanation, but also that I no longer have access to the blocks I purchased with my own Dogecoin.
After contacting customer support, I received no reply, no clarification, and no information about the status of my purchased assets.
I understand that every platform has the right to enforce its Terms of Service. However, customers who have invested their own funds deserve transparency, fair treatment, and professional communication.
Until my case is reviewed and I regain access to my purchased blocks or receive a fair resolution, I cannot recommend this platform based on my personal experience.

I used DogeKong for several months and invested a significant amount of my own money to purchase thousands of blocks. During the first months, my experience was positive because deposits and withdrawals were processed successfully, and all blockchain transactions can be verified publicly.
Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when my account was permanently suspended without prior warning or explanation.
Since then, I have submitted multiple support requests through the official contact form. To date, I have not received a ticket number, a single response, or any explanation regarding my account.
My primary concern is not the suspension itself. I understand that every platform has the right to enforce its Terms of Service where appropriate. However, I also believe that every customer deserves transparency, fair treatment, and the opportunity to understand or challenge such a decision.
At present, I no longer have access to the blocks that I purchased with my own funds. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support, I have received no information about the status of these purchased assets, no explanation for the suspension, and no indication that my case will be reviewed.
As a customer who invested a considerable amount of money, I expected at least:
* a clear explanation for the permanent suspension,
* a manual review of my account,
* information regarding the status of my purchased assets,
* and a professional response from the support team.
Unfortunately, none of this has been provided.
This review reflects only my personal experience. If DogeKong conducts a fair review, provides a written explanation, or resolves this matter, I will gladly update this review accordingly.
Until then, based solely on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
