Lost access to my account without any explanation I invested a significant amount of my own Dogecoin and purchased more than 5,000 blocks on DogeKong. Everything worked normally for months until my account was suddenly and permanently suspended. Since then, I have completely lost access to the blocks I purchased with my own funds. What is even more disappointing is that I have received no explanation and no response from customer support despite trying to contact them. I expected transparency, professional communication, and at least an explanation regarding my account and my purchased assets. Until this issue is resolved fairly, I cannot recommend this platform based on my personal experience.
