My boyfriend and I needed help training our very stubborn puppy. The trainer was condescending and then when we went to refund they said the money would be returned in 24 hrs. 3 weeks later it’s not refunded and they are disputing the refund bc it’s over 30 days (apparently they have no record of the previous call…) The trainer said we could only schedule a second session when the puppy mastered a list of things. It was weeks and all the help she gave was YouTube videos. Don’t use this service it’s a total scam.
